Our team of technology recruiters specializes in assisting companies to recruit, develop, and retain best-in-class leaders. As a recruiting agency, Varup Technologies has exposure across the tech industry to common mistakes and how they can be avoided or resolved.
As a standard business practice, Varup Technologies consults with all potential clients and candidates to understand the specific needs, criteria, pain points, time frames, etc. That will allow for a collaboratively designed plan, suggestions to be made, and ideas to be shared, that will most effectively support the needs of the organization or job-seeker, respectively.
Our Vision
At the start of 2020, we looked back at how many lives and businesses we had already helped and impacted through our work. In some cases, it’s getting people their dream job and finding businesses the right person for their needs, and in some cases, it’s reassuring people they are doing the right thing, helping give people their confidence back, sharing tips and advising people. Recruitment is so much more than just advertising jobs and arranging interviews.
The role of a recruiter is varied, one minute you are an account manager, the next a copywriter, then a confidant, a hand holder, a coach, an investigator, the list could go on and on. You are constantly adapting to the needs of the person you are speaking to. All of this got us thinking… As a team, we love everything that recruitment entails, but the best bit is the impact we have.
